Waiting for your tracking number?

If you purchased a pre-order item, please note that tracking information will not be available until the product has been officially released in Korea, arrives at our U.S. fulfillment location, your order has been processed, and your package has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

How to Track Your Order

You can track your shipment by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

  • Logging into your Daebak Bias account and viewing your Order History (if you created an account)

  • Entering your tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website

Shipping Timeline

Pre-Order Items

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before its official release date in Korea.

Unlike in-stock items, pre-order items cannot be shipped until they are officially released by the manufacturer.

After the official release date:

  1. The product is shipped from Korea to our U.S. fulfillment location (typically 3–4 business days).

  2. Once inventory arrives, we begin processing, quality checking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

  3. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

Please note that release dates and shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer or distributor delays, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped only after all items become available. To receive your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

In-Stock Items

Orders containing only in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Order Processing

During new album releases, major comeback events, holidays, promotional events, or other high-volume periods, order processing may take 5–8 business days or longer.

Please note that the shipping method you select (USPS, UPS, etc.) begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking Updates

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.

Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed by shipping carriers, especially during weekends, holidays, severe weather, or periods of high shipping volume.
