DaebakBias is a U.S.-based K-pop store offering authentic K-pop albums, official merchandise, and collectibles.

Please read the following information carefully before placing a pre-order.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before its official release date in Korea.

Unlike in-stock items, pre-order items cannot be shipped until they are officially released by the manufacturer and received at our U.S. fulfillment location.

Release Dates

Release dates are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change without prior notice.

DaebakBias is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, entertainment companies, distributors, shipping carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Timeline

After the official Korean release date, products typically arrive at our U.S. fulfillment location within 3–4 business days.

Please note that unexpected delays may extend this timeframe.

Once inventory arrives, we begin processing, quality checking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

Combined Orders

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available.

To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Pre-Order Benefits (POBs)

Pre-order benefits (POBs), first press editions, posters, and promotional items are available while supplies last, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

DaebakBias cannot guarantee any specific bonus items once they are sold out or discontinued by the manufacturer.

Random Album Inclusions & Photocards

Photocards, postcards, stickers, posters, and all album inclusions are packed randomly by the manufacturer.

Unless otherwise stated, specific members, versions, or designs cannot be guaranteed.

These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Product Changes

Packaging, cover artwork, inclusions, and product specifications are determined by the manufacturer and may change without notice.

Such changes are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Pre-order cancellations are accepted only before your order has been processed or inventory has been allocated.

Once processing has begun, cancellation requests may be denied.

Delays

Occasionally, release dates or shipments may be delayed by manufacturers or distributors.

If this occurs, your order will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.
